Privacy Policy

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service: • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and name (if provided through Google OAuth). • Usage Data: We track the number of images processed and credits used. • Image Data: Images you upload and their processed results are stored so you can preview and download them, and are automatically deleted when their retention period ends (see Data Retention). • Face blur: On the blur-face page, the photo is processed in your browser and is not uploaded. Only the face-detection model files are downloaded. The edited file is created on your device when you export it. • Pixelate: On the pixelate page, the photo is processed in your browser and is not uploaded. If you turn on face detection, the same model files as face blur are downloaded. The edited file is created on your device when you export it. • Blur image: On the blur-image page, the photo is processed in your browser and is not uploaded. No model is downloaded. The edited file is created on your device when you export it. • Crop to circle: On the crop-to-circle page, the photo is processed in your browser and is not uploaded. No model is downloaded. The edited file is created on your device when you export it. • Add a border: On the add-border page, the photo is processed in your browser and is not uploaded. No model is downloaded. The edited file is created on your device when you export it. • Flip an image: On the flip-image page, the photo is processed in your browser and is not uploaded. No model is downloaded. The edited file is created on your device when you export it. • Add text to an image: On the add-text-to-image page, the photo is processed in your browser and is not uploaded. No model is downloaded. The edited file is created on your device when you export it. • Combine two images: On the combine-images page, both photos are processed in your browser and are not uploaded. No model is downloaded. The joined file is created on your device when you export it. • Device Information: We use anonymous device identifiers to manage free trial usage.

Your information is used solely to: • Process your images and provide the background removal service • Manage your account and credits • Send transactional emails (account verification, subscription updates) • Improve our service quality and AI models (we do NOT use your images for training)

We take security seriously: • All data transfers use TLS/SSL encryption • Images are processed in isolated, secure environments • We use industry-standard security practices • Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe

We minimize data storage: • Images processed without signing in: Uploaded and processed images are kept for 24 hours, then automatically deleted. If you sign in on the same device within that time, they are added to your account and follow your plan's history period • Images in your account: Uploaded and processed images are kept for your plan's history period, then automatically deleted — Free: 30 days, Basic: 90 days, Pro: 180 days, Business and Lifetime: kept while your account is active • Plan changes: The history period of your current plan applies, so switching to a plan with a shorter history period may remove older images • Deletion timing: Expired images are removed by an automatic cleanup that runs once a day, so files may remain for up to one additional day after their retention period ends • Blur background page: When you start a no-account HD checkout there, a copy of your original photo is kept only in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB) on that device, so the blur can be added after payment. It is not uploaded again. After 24 hours it is no longer used and is deleted the next time the page opens that storage; clearing your browser data removes it too • Processing Records: Basic details of each job (date, file name, file size and credits used — not the image itself) are retained to enforce usage limits, support billing and measure service usage • Account Data: Retained while your account is active

You have full control over your data: • Access: Request a copy of your data at any time • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all data • Portability: Download your images from your history while they are within their retention period • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails (transactional emails cannot be disabled)
