• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance • Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • Unused credits roll over to the next billing period

• You retain ownership of all images you upload • You are solely responsible for your uploaded content • We do not claim ownership of your processed images • We may remove content that violates these terms • You grant us license to process your images for the Service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. ITERO LTD is registered in the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction. By using our Service, you consent to this jurisdiction.
