By accessing or using ZeroBG ("Service"), operated by ITERO LTD., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

ZeroBG provides AI-powered background removal and photo cleanup tools, including object, person and text removal and image upscaling. We offer: • Free watermarked previews, subject to daily limits • 1 HD credit when you create a free account • A one-time $1.99 HD download with no account • One-time credit packs and subscription plans • Full-resolution, watermark-free downloads: each HD file uses 1 credit, in any tool • A background-removal API that spends the same credits We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

• Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice • Credit packs are one-time purchases available on every plan; credits from credit packs and the 1 sign-up credit never expire, including if you later subscribe or cancel • Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance and include a monthly credit allowance; yearly plans receive the allowance once a month • Subscription credits reset to your plan's monthly allowance each month and do not roll over; unused subscription credits expire at each reset and when the subscription ends • Subscription credits are used first; credit-pack and sign-up credits are used only after your subscription credits run out • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for subscriptions • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • No credit is used for jobs that fail; credits have no cash value

We offer refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. Generally: • Full refund within 7 days of purchase if unsatisfied • Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions • No refunds for used credits For complete details, please see our Refund Policy.

You agree NOT to: • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Use the Service to remove watermarks, credits, signatures or copyright notices from images you do not own or have no right to edit • Use the AI photo editing tools to generate illegal, infringing, sexual, deceptive, or harassing content, or content that impersonates another person • Upload someone else's photo for a hairstyle try-on, an image expansion, a cartoon, an age filter, or other generative edit unless you are that person or you have their permission • Use an age filter on someone else's photo to deceive anyone, or treat an age result as a medical prediction or an identity document • Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI technology • Abuse free trials or create multiple accounts • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Interfere with the Service's operation or security

• You retain ownership of all images you upload • You are solely responsible for your uploaded content • For the AI hairstyle tool, the image extender, the cartoon tool, the age filter, and other generative edits, upload only a photo of yourself or a photo you have permission to edit. An age result is entertainment, not a medical prediction • We do not claim ownership of your processed images • We may remove content that violates these terms • You grant us license to process your images for the Service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. ITERO LTD is registered in the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction. By using our Service, you consent to this jurisdiction.
